This policy explains returns and refunds for Club Patra merchandise, memberships, and event registrations.
Merchandise Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with any original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email clubpatragolfgirls@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Nonreturnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items and merchandise clearly marked final sale at purchase cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos, if available, so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
For a different size or color, please request a return and place a new order. Availability is not guaranteed.
Memberships and Events
Membership fees and event registrations are non-refundable unless the specific offer states otherwise or a refund is required by law. Canceling an annual membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current membership term.
If Club Patra cancels an event without rescheduling it, registration fees will be refunded. If an event is rescheduled, registered guests may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
