Membership
Club Patra memberships are billed annually and automatically renew each year using the payment method on file unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Membership benefits are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
Membership benefits, events, discounts, partner perks, and other offerings may change from time to time as Club Patra grows.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Events & Experiences
Event availability is limited and registration is not guaranteed until payment and/or registration has been successfully completed.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, event registrations are final and non-refundable. If Club Patra cancels an event, registered guests will receive information regarding a refund, credit, or rescheduled date.
Event dates, times, locations, instructors, activities, and other details may occasionally change due to weather, venue requirements, availability, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of our control.
Golf & Activity Disclaimer
Participation in golf, clinics, lessons, meetups, tournaments, social activities, and other Club Patra experiences is voluntary and may involve inherent risks of physical activity.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these ordinary risks and agree to follow applicable course, venue, instructor, and Club Patra safety rules.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in an activity and for obtaining appropriate medical advice when necessary.
Third-Party Venues & Services
Club Patra events may take place at golf courses, driving ranges, restaurants, hotels, private venues, or other third-party locations.
Club Patra does not control and is not responsible for the independent acts, policies, services, conditions, or operations of third-party venues or service providers.
Additional venue-specific rules or waivers may apply.
Merchandise & Orders
Products are subject to availability. Prices, product descriptions, colors, sizing, inventory, and availability may change without notice.
Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds for merchandise are governed by the policies posted on our website at the time of purchase.
Member & Guest Conduct
Club Patra is built around creating a welcoming, respectful community.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, unsafe conduct, or behavior that significantly disrupts Club Patra events or the experience of other members and guests may result in removal from an event or termination of membership or community access.
Photos & Content
Club Patra events may be photographed or recorded. Where permitted by law and subject to any applicable consent or release requirements, event content may be used for Club Patra's website, social media, marketing, and promotional materials.
Please contact Club Patra before an event if you have questions or concerns regarding photography or recording.
Website & Intellectual Property
Club Patra's name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Club Patra and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Club Patra is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, participation in Club Patra activities, or use of third-party venues or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
